Thursday It Is!

Hi All

Well my oncologist and Macmillan nurse are back from their travels today and I'm booked into see them on Thursday @ 4.00 p.m.. Seems like a million years away but I know that it's not really! Obviously I remain quite anxious - must keep busy! I have a Kip Seminar tonight, some training design to complete for Teresa tomorrow and a day at Cliff College on Wednesday so I'm sure time will fly.

Church was refreshing on Sunday - Teresa and I are leading and preaching next Sunday. We are celebrating Passover at XLR8 on Tuesday.

Only a week to go until Dubai - getting excited and certainly going regardless of when the chemo starts again.

Jackie - sorry to hear about your loss; our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Thanks as always for checking in on me and caring.

God Bless

Dave

My what busy, busy bees.
Yes, Thursday will come around quickly enough, but we still have plenty of time to pray, and PRAY we will!
No need to be too busy packing for your holiday though eh? 'Cos you're gonna buy everything when you get there aren't you?
If you are wondering what special little pressie to get for Carys, as a reminder of a sooper dooper holiday...I think she might like a pony..........
We are meeting as usual for Coffee Morning in Lid tomorrow, and we will set aside a time of prayer and general God earbashing, for you all.
Take care,

Our prayers too for you, Jackie, and all your family at this sad time. xxx

Ronnie the red - all stampintons are in sunny cornwall at the moment walking, chilling and playing too much tennis for the old bones. reading the shack at the moment, not sure if i like it or not, strange stuff but feels good. Big love to you guys, will call when we're back end of week before you go to Dubai.....johnxxx

Thinking of you and wanting Thursday's appointment to bring nothing but good news for the Redfern family.

Thank you for your kind messages re my cousin. He will be sorely missed but leaves a great legacy.

Just a thought Dave - my sister owns 7 horses and has a fantastic time eventing, riding and looking after them. Ponies and young ones work so well together and buying one makes for a really special pressie - who would love a gift like this? Who springs to mind? (Does this help Sian?) x

You know what they say Dave, "When Irish eyes are smiling......"

Chin up old mate, if I were a betting man (which I am not) I would take a punt on you making it through.

God does work in mysterious ways, of that I am sure......

Thanks Jackie,
That was nice and subtle.
Between you and me, I don't want Dovid to think I am nagging him in any way, but you are so right...ponies are such a delight. We adopted ours from the Blue Cross, and not only do they match your needs, but they remain a constant support thoughout the whole time the ponies stay with you. I will "drop" this little fact into my next conversation with him, and I will try to be nice and subtle about it. Bless you, J.

Hi Dovid and Flo,
Got that pony for your daughter yet?
give the Blue Cross a ring, I am sure the perfect little four legged friend is patiently waiting for your call.
Got to get back to praying now.We are back to 20 minute intervals.
Love you all loads,
