Hi guys
Hear the weather has taken a turn for the worse in England...shall I rub it in?? Weather still gorgeous here -relentless blue skies and sunshine. Went to Benodet as planned - it really is the most beautiful place. Had lunch at great little creperie, which was wonderful - and then guess who slept on the beach for an hour?? My wife again!! Carys collected shells and I watched the world go by (ok and snoozed a bit myself!) and then we went for a walk around the coastal path before doing a bit more shopping (can Teresa spend any more money?) ((Suzy (friend and accountant) if you're reading this it's all a vicious lie -from Teresa)).
Can't believe we're heading home tomorrow though we're back again at Easter and I'm slipping in a sneaky extra trip between now and then (assuming I'm up to it) with my mum and dad to hang out with them a bit and do a bit of work on the house for a few days. Might as well while I feel I can.
As far as I'm concerned if you're going to be tired and sickly you might as well do it here!!
Catching the overnight ferry from St Malo tomorrow night to Portsmouth - won't get chance to blog tomorrow so will catch up with you all on Sunday night from home. Going to call in at church on the way home. As well as loads of on-going prayer these wonderful people are meeting once a month after the service to pray for me specifically (organised by Ken & Mu - bless them). What heroes! This is probably the best church in the world. Certainly reaches the parts other churches do not reach!
Hope you all have a great weekend. Take care
Luv Dave

Hi Guys
Your blog continues to be an inspiration. Keep up the good work. I have been giving our blogsite address to lots of people and having great feed back. Thank you Teresa for your posting too.
Glad you are calling in on church on your way through. It will be great to see you and your brown faces which I'm sure you will have even at this time of the year. I was thinking about how God has blessed you with great weather this week and know he will continue to bless your lives with his 'Son' light as you travel through this time of refining with him. I know you will come through as pure gold.
Love you loads
Mu & Ken
Hi Uncle Dave and Aunty Teresa,
Mummy and daddy tell me you have been having a good time. I'm so glad but will actually be very pleased to have you back in England, as then I know my sniffs will be coming soon!!
I have just been out in my pram and it is very sunny so you can't rub it in too much!!! Mummy and daddy are flapping around here more than usual - something about an interview on Monday. All I'm worried about is where the next bit of milk is coming from!!
Uncle Dave-I will give Teresa an extra slobber for you when she drops Carys off on Wed because I guess I won't see you. You think the chemo is rough - try having milk from mummy after she's had garlic: oooogh!!!!!
Lots of baby love from The Alfage (and the rest of the clan-can't wait to see you xxxxx)
Alfie-boy! We're praying for your Mummy's interview tomorrow. Don't tell them but we've got a special bottle of 'fizz' and some fantastic Breton Bickies. Should help the milk quality. Glad to hear the bottle is meeting your approval for those 'top-ups'.
See you soon for sniffidge.
Uncle D & Auntie T. xxxxx
Hi Mu & Ken
We are blown away by the care and love of everyone at Wootton New Life - what a great church! Thanks for praying for me today - sorry we didn't make it.
God Bless
Dave & Teresa
