Morning Post Too - Must Be On Holiday

Two posts in 12 hours - what am I? On holiday or something??

Off shopping to Qumiper (pronounced Com-pare), Carys has her E10 note clutched in her sweaty mit and a a glazed shopping look (inherited from her mum) in her eyes. I'm hiding the credit card and feeling tense.

If you're praying, the old swallowing is not quite as good as it was - getting ready for the next dose of the nasty stuff next Wednesday I expect.

I'll let you know about the shopping trip later.

By the way 'Ty Carys' is our cotttage here it means 'House of Grace' in Bretton (which they speak around here as well as French). If any friends fancy a free break you're welcome, when I say 'free' you'd have to mow the lawn (size of a postage stamp) and water the plants and pay for your own ferries/flights but the cottage would be free! All mod cons are included!! We're here during school holidays but other than that we love it being used - just ask. Very do-able for a weekend flying out on Friday from Birmingham.
Luv ya. Dave. XXX

Bonjour Le Redferns!
Le cottaage looks le tres bravo.
"Ty Carys" also means "House of Grace" in Welsh , and I was brought up in a small village called "Tycoch" which means "Red House"...see I am full of useless info!
Anyway, the trip to Lid sounds good, coach party...no problem, Holly Lowcut Willoughby no problem, le Chlosville..no problem......shame you are not invited!!!!!!!
As if.
The swallowing thing is a bit pants, so we will add that to the Dovid prayer list.
My daughter Abby is going to make you a prayer book, so that we can put your specific prayer needs in it each day, and leave it in the church for our church family to refer to.She would like to put your picture on the front, if that is O.k(have to be the scruffy bugger one) She will also keep a record of all prayers answered, and she says WHEN the "blighter" has gone, you can have it to look back on.
Anyway, got typers cramp now,
We love you Dovid, so so very much,
Have le loverly time, and may you be blessed greatly as a family

Bonjour le Redferns
Having got as far as higher intermediate in French night school (then having given it up to go and have knee replacements) I feel I ought to send you a French message but I don't dare. Glad you are having a great rest. Hope Carys didn't bankrupt you.
I though I would use your blog site to remind people of our prayer time for you next Sunday 1.00pm for 30 mins at Wootton Newlife Church www.woottonnewlife.org.uk. Anyone who would like to come is welcome. We are going to blast heaven on your behalf together.
Sending up rockets of prayer many times a day
Love you loads

PS Spoke to Pam Parker this morning and updated her. She was obviously upset and will continue to muster prayers from Clophil for you
